    Nice dude. Keep going forever(Not % necessarily). When you hit that percent and then beyond and stack muscle and get the 6-8 pac popping...hard to describe the feeling. Not to mention the hot ladies line up lol.

    I got those chocolate drinks in the mail today with one of my protein powders. They are pretty nasty. But for a little can, chug for 35g protein, can't complain. So I think I'll go ahead and stock up. Waiting on the strawberry, their shipping takes like three times as long as amazon Prime :(

    Legit fed off your motivation. Had none to keep up the physique and it was slipping. So thanks for being awesome :p Hoping to at minimum go for 3 months solid without missing a day and then maintenance from there. About a week in. We'll probably be at 10% around the same time!

    Very nice progress mate! One advice when i started my journey from 85 kgs to 70 all i cared was bf percentage, when i got down to 8 i lost all my muscle and wasnt very happy. Now i weigh 82 at 188 cm and my bf is 12-15 and im much more confident than i was before.

    Long story short awesome progress and you already look greag so dont starve yourself when you hit that 2000 kcal plateau instead lift more and do more cardio on higher kcals!

    I don't plan on plateauing, and I never starve myself! Just gotta lift constantly and heavy :) the bulk starts at 173. You don't lose muscle if you do everything correctly

    I've only just come across this but I think this is exactly what I needed and wanted to see. Finding truth in the fast field of weight loss I believe is quite hard, but there is nothing fake here.

    I've attempted to lose weight more times than I can count now, vastly varying in success. But as I come up to a big turning point in my life where I am getting a new job and getting rid of the unhealthy student life I lived. I feel its the best time to conquer this blob I have become once and for all. And this thread is just what I needed.

    So thanks man for inspiration, bloody impressive stuff :)

    I've been on point with my diet, but lifting is starting to get hard with such low calories. I need to time my meals better because I have absolutely 0 motivation to work out when I'm starving. I've skipped 3-4 days in the past 2 weeks because of that, but my weight is still slowly going down. Honestly can't wait to stop cutting, it's starting to get really hard, but I'll power through. Fuck 2,000 calories.

    Thanks! I'm currently 185 for 2 on bench, 315 for 1 on deadlift, haven't tried maxing squats yet. Strength hasn't been my priority so I haven't been lifting for strength exactly.

    This isn't the first time I tried losing weight, this time it just stuck. Thanks my man

    Back on 2,200 cal, was legit depressed with 2,000. Got a great lift day in, did 3 reps for 315 for deadlift, felt fucking epic.
