Scammed by Apollo

THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME SELLING I WILL GIVE 100% HONEST INFORMATION BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE. I DID NOT HAVE SCREENSHOTS OF ME TRADING AS I WAS ON MOBILE I HAVE A DECENT AMOUNT OF PROOF TO PROVE HIM WRONG. If you are able to understand the situation you will see that there is wrong. All screen shots will than be labled. Even If I don't receive my money back, I want to make sure he never scams anyone ever again for karma and his reputation will be exposed.

Explanation of the trade: Selling him gold on Runescape 2007

Amount scammed: Told me he never goes first, sent me his vouches. We Agree'd to .83 per Million GP before hand, and I told him after a few moments I would do .82 for future reference so he than told me he required 1 billion gp = 820 USD we also agreed to do payment through BTC. So than I proceeded to give him 1B gp through mobile as I was on the way to a friends house. I will provide information in which his proof is invalid. Since I did not have any screenshots INGAME he also made sure to put in the chat "where's the screenshot?" before proceeding with the ending of the scam. To ensure I didn't have any proof.

How they scammed: He pretended to say I didn't give it to him I gave it to a imposter all because I did not put in discord chat on confirmation. IE: ("confirm this is you for 1b" "yes") He than proceeded to say that his customer was sending two payments, one for 1 billion gp. another for 200m. While you would expect there to be profit for someone who is actually selling the gold after buying from a supplier (ME)

THIS WAS SENT LATER AFTER HE SCAMMED ME and tried to show proof his customer paid.
Customer paid a total of 816$USD for 1.2B which does not make sense, in images he even admits that customer sent two transactions one for 1B and one for 200M. This would mean the customer paid 816$ USD for 1.2B which for one doesn't match the market right now and even if the 658$ was for the 1b RSGP I would be short 162 on my part.

This would actually mean with the coinbase fee of sending a payment I would receive even less than .82M for a bil. (This transaction would actually make him lose money??????????????)

There is no ingame screenshots in understand that, but I will fight for this, he can send me my money of 820$. and it'll be let go, otherwise I want to be sure that he doesn't scam another person again. Thank you. And I will answer 100% any questions that are asked for this thread and will try my best to answer them to the best of my ability. PLEASE, get this man banned people who have reputation are not invulnerable.

 

@Kenny Vuong - You will need to supply proof of the trade via screenshot, there is no confirmation you were in trade with him. Without these this report is not valid

 

If that’s gonna be it 100% with 0 review so be it. But that’s horrible service for not even attempting to review it.

 

I can reply to all of this screenshots but it will be a waste of time, although let me start.
1) Customer payment was in coinbase rate, not blockchain and coinbase rate is always lower than the blockchain rate, hence he sent around 160$ + 685$ = 845$ @.86/m that's 982m which I asked you for 1b not 1.2b since he was still in the process of getting the 200m worth

2) Ill pass the screenshots of agreement and stuff because it doesn't have any relation to the report

after knowing his rsn, but anyways there were around 5-6 people at that spot I mentioned (lumby tele) and I exactly remember you didn't even trade anyone and you came on for 20-30 sec then went off asking me for payment, i did ask him to supply the buyer but i felt if i was there to middleman the gold it will be better and safer also i suppose he didnt know that the one he was going to trade is me he probably thought its the buyer hence going with this scenario which also was weird because even if you gonna supply you will at least confirm with me your trading the right person but it seems you got the trade done in 20 sec only

here you acted like you was done with the trade already while I didn't even know your RSN and not a single confirmation lets say your a retard and trading the wrong person at least tell me something its 1b not 1m
also if I was a trash scammer and had the intention to scam you, you had 3b and the amount I need was overall 1200m but 1b at the first I could've just asked you to trade me all 3b

Anything needed im happy to send it over discord to any mod if I wasn't able to come on sythe

 

@Kenny Vuong - You have provided no solid evidence you traded this user, for all we know you could have traded someone else or nobody at all. You need to take photos of the trade as well as confirm with the person you are in trade with.
