USFine scammed me

    USFine scammed me

    I would like you all to know about the way I was scammed by USfine and would advise you all to be careful when selling your accounts in case you get scammed and lose them like I did.

    I had a maxed melee account with 14 99s and a level 120 with 3 99s and decent stats. Upon getting a quote from the USFine live chat for accounts ( terrible english btw) I was over the moon to find out the accounts were worth 200$ and quickly gave them all my account details and PayPal and set my email to theirs. I was told I would receive the money soon as the account were sold and that this would take around 2-3 weeks.

    So I waited...

    For 3 months and then one day I went to the live chat again and was informed my accounts had sold and I would be paid in 3 days. 3 days later I asked for payment and was told I'd be paid the next day. The next day I was told I would have to come back in 2 days. 2 days later I got into contact with USfine and was told I had recovered the account and the customer had complained over this and so I would not be paid.

    I was furious as I didn't hack the account (it would have been incredibly stupid to hack it back a few days before payday) and so went about to getting it back. When I went to recover it, I found out you need to have the account registered to your email to be able to recover it and so I couldn't possibly recover it. There was only one explanation, I was scammed by the staff at USFine. After a lot of rage I gave up and accepted that I had lost accounts worth 200$ :'(

    I just want you all to know my testimony and take it into account when buying from USFine. I have many photos of the chat logs to prove that this is not a lie. Don't rage on here saying 'You're a fag, i've bought from USfine before and it was fine.' because this happened to me and I wouldn't waste my time writing this if it was fiction.

    You can email jagex through their parent email and explain to them that you got hacked a couple of months ago, they will make you do a manual recovery form and if it gets accepted then you get your account back.

    Click here, and click on #3 Registered email issues for further support. Personally, I've found it much easier to contact them through the forums over contacting them through email. Also, you'll need ALL of the account creation information of both accounts if you expect to retrieve them.

    Abecsta8,

    I even talked to the manager and he was exceptionally rude and accused me of lying. I have now been on the Runescape forums and told them my issues and the mods on there have been able to lock the account and let me attempt to appeal it :D

    Unfortunately no, the only qualification you need as a free2player is 350 total level or higher. Do you have a secondary account you can use that has a higher total level than 350?
