Around 150$ ~, its really depends on seller, and if anyone actualy selling it.

Ive sold my blue for 260$, now it goes for 400$ish.
 
Pretty much nothing, 5$-10$ when they are bought out, so people making 5m~ if they buy TP and sell max ge.
