    They don't accept Mail anymore this is why they removed their mailing adress from their site.

    What's JaGex's....
    No way they'll repsond to any type of message, even if you could somehow locate it. Your best hope is to email them ([email protected]) and say you're the parent of a child whos account was unbanned, their child loves runescape, wants to become a member, etc. That's your best hope.
