Need a Simple Trade Accept Bot

This is really simple, all I want is a bot that will type out messages(random from 1 list), accept a trade and after the trade is accepted it will type out another message(random from another list-thanking them). Thats all it needs to do(I must be able to change the messages it types btw). Looking to get this done cheaply as I don't have much of a budget to spend on this, lmk if you can do it cheap.
