    should I buy this pc?
    Hello so I got a tight budget and seen a pc selling for a good price and I'm not really educated In reading specs so I'm asking you guys to help me and see if I should buy this pc for $400

    And if I do buy it how can I tell if it's good or not ?
    Should I have him test it infront of me? Anything I should look for thanks!
