    Ability to ban a Highly Incompetent users
    Some users don't break the rules directly, but are really disrecpectful.

    I think that an admin/mod should be allowed to ban these type of users if multiple mods support his request.

    I don't think we should ban because someone is "disrespectful" to members, or even staff. If they abide by the rules then they're typically allowed to be a member of the site (save extreme circumstances.)
