Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:

I’ve always helped customers with any lock they received. I now understand that I should have stated in my TOS to allow for a recovery period, and I’ve already changed my TOS. My goal is for customers to be happy with the accounts they purchase from me.

In this situation, I'm receiving TWC for 1 account that I was unable to unlock.

From the beginning, I was willing to refund the customer, even without a dispute, because I wanted to resolve things fairly.

I did try to help him unlock it, in the end we were not able to unlock it.

I’ve sold thousands of legacy accounts since 2017 that I created, and all customers have been able to successfully enjoy/unlock their accounts using the information I provide. Because of that, I feel that receiving a TWC over 1 account doesn’t represent all the years of hard work, when I've sold a lot of accounts without issues.

That said, I take responsibility for the mistake and I apologize for it.
