Banned for wrong period of time

Hello, about 2 months ago I asked my brother and a friend to vouch for me after legitemly selling them accounts, it looked suspicious as they were both at my house at the time. I got ban that would NEVER be lifted and it says for scamming?

I read the rules and it says fake vouches is only a 14 day ban?

I have never scammed and there has never been any evidence provided to prove that I have scammed so I cant see why ive peen perm banned.

I have tried selling my account on a friends account since I was banned, I will not deny it but I have never scammed and never came here to scam.

Please can someone help
