    Pardon request from Six

I believe this is the 2nd time I've made an attempt to shed some light on my situation; that being exactly who I am and what I did. I can't even tell you how long it's been since I made my last appeal. This is the only attempt I will make through the pardon process.

I guess I'll begin with what I am guilty of; scamming in the past and ban evading. I have never scammed on Sythe.org.

The part that most people who know me and remember me for is the scamming. Over 4 years ago I made a post on Petitionspot.com, a website that hosts petitions that people can sign. The petition I made was more of an advertisement for a RS stat changer.

BLAH BLAH send me name and pass and I'll BLAH BLAH. It's been obvious to me for several years how stupid that was and how many people would fall for it. Zero. The petition I made no longer exists, but I can show you what still does exist:

These emails, mostly of people sending me names and passwords to level 3 RS accounts, other of spam, are all that I've gained from doing this. I've never taken the time to go through any of the emails I've received, and this was the first time I've visited this email page in years. I have not benefited anything from doing this stupid thing.

I was caught by actually admitting it. I was the head user educator at the time of my "downfall", I suppose you could say. There was this guy, WoW Owns, a parody of the mod WoW Sucks, who was completely dedicated to bringing down everyone in his way to prove that the Sythe staff at the time were "corrupted". He accused them of scamming, stealing accounts, ban evading, all kinds of stupid things. He talks to me one day about the thing I made and asks me to help him out. I do. I went in to the Mod CP and looked up some IPs of the mods back at that time. I can't even remember which ones they were. Steph knew what I was doing and asked me to explain it. I told her I was being blackmailed; a lie. The rest of this can be explained here.

    http://www.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=234691

Eventually, the kid was banned and everything that had to do with a "corrupt staff" went away with him. Along comes Deacon Frost. Before I say this part of my story, just know that we no longer have any problems with each other. Deacon and I were pretty good friends. We were both from Indiana and about to graduate high school and enter the military. I was a mod for him on another forum that he owned. Deacon figured out a way for him to attain a promotion from User Educator to Head User Educator: by getting rid of me. I had never told Steph what WoW Owns had against me, but I told Deacon. Deacon told Steph. I was banned immediately. The same day Deacon was made Head User Educator. In all honesty, if I was in his position I would have done the same thing.

I appealed to Steph once. The only thing she did was ignore me.

I left for a few months and returned after remembering the first account I made, Ekthador. I blended in with it and eventually made User Educator again. I purposefully exposed myself in the IRC and was banned.

Phew. Quite an explanation. I feel that the only thing I am guilty of is ban evading. I never stole an account through Petitionspot. It no longer exists, but I have explained before that I admitted it was a scam and closed posting on it.

Allow me to introduce myself. I'm Jordan, age 20, and employed with the US Air Force.

This is the part where I explain why I feel I should be able to return. The following are the requirements to request a pardon. I am trying to make this as organized as possible, so I will go in order:

Have been an unbanned member for a minimum of sixth months. For example, if you were unbanned for three months and were then banned for three months, you would have been a member for only three months.

    Check.

Be able to demonstrate reform of character and legitimate remorse and attempts to make restitution for previous misdeeds, through your recent (6 months worth of) sythe.org interactions.

Though I can not say I have any "recent interactions", I have shown in the past my remorse for what I have done. It was 4 years ago that I did this, and I can say now that it doesn't matter anymore. Restitution can not be given to the 3000+ people that sent me emails, because I have never stolen anything. I believe I have always been a valuable member of this community. During my time of activity, I stayed out of trouble and conflict with other users. I can say I'm not a perfect little angel. I had disputes with TDD, TheLobster (Atomic), and Shinoda a few times. Over the long run, this has not changed anything. Reform of character has come with time. I'm no longer some geeky kid that only has one thing in mind; power and control.

Be able to demonstrate good will toward the site without hostility, and be willing to accept the verdict of this pardon process without complaint or hostile reaction.

I understand what position I am in. It is easy to demonstrate good will, like I have always done in the past as Head User Educator. I expect this will be handled fairly and without biased opinions. As long as this is done I will have no right to complain if my request is denied.

Optionally, you may request a specific Administrator to be the examiner for your pardon request. These requests may or may not be granted depending on staff availability.

As I have requested an unbiased opinion, I feel the only person that could handle this is Sythe, Finn, or Verts. Matthew and Pen have dealt with me before as HUE. Verts was not a member of Sythe.org when these events were taking place.

Thank you for giving me this opportunity.
