    Looking to recover old account...

    Hi,

    My old account was called Runescape_Direct. I have found the link which is here: Runescape Direct

    I have no idea if this will be possible but I really want to recover this old account (mainly for the name) so that I can get active in the community again after coming back to play OSRS.

    My old IPs would all have been from [redacted] as will this IP however I have moved home since...

    I can remember the email I used (I think it was [redacted] or something) but problem is as I haven't logged onto the email address in so long - about 4 years it has been deleted so I can't just send myself a recover password link :(.

    Is there anything I can do?

    There is little to no registered information on the account for us to verify your identity. I recommend making a new account and start off from there. The registered email you've given is also not a match with the account.

    If you're able to get someone reputable to confirm your identity or if you're able to prove your identity through any other means, please do so. If not, I will not be able to help you. Sorry for the inconvenience.
