Coopsy requesting a pardon for Blackhat External website use.

• Report/post/reason that got you banned: My original ban was for use of a blackhat website, all accounts after that were banned for ban evading which I truly do regret. The original report post is on Scammed by Coopsy but when I click it the link won't open. I think its either no avaible or broken.

• Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I myself never scammed anyone on this website althought I did make a few mistakes along time ago by scamming people. Most people that I could still get ahold of have accepted my apology and I have refunded (old skype that I can't find the details too)

• Anything you weren't banned for but want to confess to now: Yeah the only thing I want to confess to now is scamming people on EpicNPC Scammed by Coopsy. Saying this, this was almost 17 months ago in which I have became alot more mature and knowing of what I was doing. But saying this what I did 17 months ago was wrong and I have and will never do it again. That's a promise I can make.

• Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Basically the first ban was needed because I did use a black hat website but my account from that website no longer exists. But all the other bans were because I ban evaded which I do extremely reget as I love using this website, so easy for me to buy gold ect. I would really love a second chance and thats the reason I kept ban evading but my choices were stupid which I do regret. I would really love to come back onto this site and do good things and maybe even become a mod. I believe I can prove myself in doing so.

What was your original acc? I can only link back to Choppah but that acc was also an evader.

Reference b/c I couldn't find it in other reports: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=4104045 (Craigslist ewhore guide) + posted about a different ewhore guide. You didn't admit to this in your first pardon (Coopsy Pardon. HF account). Quote: " I was just browsing on a hackforums thread which was 'need help setting up program' or something along those lines."

• Repay all victims and provide evidence of this. If you cannot contact them, provide evidence of trying to without success (there must be proof of at least ONE MONTH time being passed for attempting to contact the victim for each pardon separately.)

You will need to provide proof of the refund for $15. If you can't, you will need to attempt to contact the scam victim again & confirm or refund again with proof. If this can't be done, you can give $15 to a staff member to go towards the [Official]Community Repayment Dice Thread and then repardon.
