Pardon request *cant reply to old 1*

so i made a pardon thread under a guest account and can't figure out how to reply to it, so this time round i decided to make an account so i can actually reply, i would reply to the old thread but its saying i have insufficient privileges

chloe the mod on it claims i have been connected to a scam victim, i have no physical idea how thats possible but regardless i will pay the dude if it means ill be unbanned, i know ip's get recycled from time to time and i probably just got the short end of the stick but screw it

i have tried contacting chloe about the alleged victim trying to obtain contact details to refund the person but chloe has just ignored me on skype completely

i'm ready to rejoin the community and refund the scammed victim i just don't know how to contact the person, and chloe hasn't even responded to me which is very upsetting because i want nothing more than to rejoin the community under legitimate business purposes, ban evading is stupid for someone who wants to be here for the long term not the short term.

if any of the staff has free time and could help me find the skype to the victim i will refund whatever the scammer stole, once again i cant be more adamant in the fact i didn't steal shit, but if refunding that person gets me unbanned i will take that route.

edit: also the idiot who scammed, scammed for paypal money which was charged back by the victim according to the victims thread.

The IP matches happen more than once so I can agree that it's more than just a location coincidence; not much to argue there. Your best bet is repaying. Since the victim has been inactive since 2014 & never publicly posted his Skype ID, you can give $57 USD (equiv. to 80 AUD) to a staff member to go towards the [Official]Community Repayment Dice Thread and then repardon.
