Requesting a High Pardon

Hi, this is the second time I have posted this. The first I was denied simply because I did not wait the 6 months, for that I apologize.

I was banned for ban evading the account "Spazzumes"


I have been meaning to make this dispute for awhile now but was extremely busy due to holidays, midterm exams, sat/act prep courses, etc... So I am finally able to do this now. I have a very close group of friends who I know in real life who all play runescape. Most of them use sythe. The one who I would consider my best friend, also lives close to me. His account was spazzumes and I believe he had another one which I can't remember the name of. He showed me and my other friends sythe in either late 2007 or 2008 (not sure of the exact year). I thought it was pretty cool but never made an account until after he was banned. I knew he was banned when I made my account and in hindsight choosing the name spazz was probably not a good idea. However, the name is a nickname we use between the two of us and I was on the younger side when I made the account so I didn't really think about it. I chose this because on almost anything we do together whether it be Runescape, or other games we almost always use the same names. (He is spazzumes and I am either Spazz or Spazzumez) The reason you found the IP of spazzumes on my account is because I use my account all over, while it's mostly at his house (because we live almost right next to eachother, i'm often there more then I'm at home) I also use it at my other friends houses who don't all live in the same town as me, so you probably see many ip's on my account all from the same area. I have used my account at his house many times and wouldn't be surprised if I had even created it there. That is why you see My IP on his account (because he has used his account here and at my other friends houses quite often) and his on mine. Overall, I'm trying to say I never ban evaded but simply use my account at friends houses quite often.

While I realize this isn't exactly the strongest defense, it is the truth. I have never scammed and don't plan on it. I enjoy being a part of this community and selling/buying things here from time to time. I hope you consider that when reviewing my ban. Thanks.

Mod that banned me was cosrob I believe. Basically, if you didn't read what I wrote up there, I screwed myself by using my sythe account at my best friends house and other friends multiple times. I am requesting a high pardon on the basis that I have never scammed, have been helpful to the community in someway or another (Answer RS related questions, and I have made a few guides). I've done over 100 legitimate trades and would really like to continue doing legitimate trades. I am of course willing to come back with a TWC or whatever the admins/moderators see fit. I hope you consider all this when reviewing my ban. Thanks .
