    JK, well kinda...

    So last week was the first time during my 2.75 years here on Sythe that I got scammed...18m for 2 membership pins resulted in 2 frozen accounts due to charged back payments.

    I went out and bought 2 $20 UGC's to buy 200 JCoins on each of my accounts to bring my accounts out of the negative...I uploaded the UGC's on September 13th.

    Today is September 15th and both the accounts are still frozen, I have yet to recieve an email from UGC/Jagex and both accouts still say they're -160 JCoins... I know for a fact the UgC's were used since I tried uploading them again and I got an error message that said "The funds on this UGC have already been used" so both cards are now empty...

    Does it normally take this long? Or did I get screwed over by Jagex/UGC lol

    Email billing support, they'll probably be able to tell you what happened.

    somethings wrong, when mine got frozen it too them like 5 seconds after i entered the UGC....I suggest emailing them or like the guy above said billing support.....

    Probably got scammed. No lie, I've had to cancel 2 credit/debit cards because someone in the UK started trying to purchase stuff with them. Only thing linked between the 2 cards was RS.

    It is instant, if you recieve email, MAKE SURE you have correct country on BOTH selections. (There is one when first upgrading, and one when you are entering you information for pay-by-cash)
