Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision/why you should be forgiven:

This is admittedly my second attempt at appealing/requesting a pardon for my TWC. I do not believe I was articulate and thorough regarding the circumstances of the situation and did not give adequate context to paint the entire picture of the events that unfolded before the TWC. Please allow me to give a more thorough summary this time.

Originally, a former friend (this being LDS, my accuser) sold me his personal ironman account that he was the original owner of. I accomplished certain things on the account and skilled/serviced it to a point where I wanted to attempt to resell it. This was the first account posted on this thread prior to the issue arising. I stated: "I am not the original owner of the account but am in direct contact with him and can provide support if needed." This was factually true as LDS promised he would provide support for the account if I attempted to resell it. Following the death of LDS's hardcore account, which he purchased off of playerauctions, he asked me to resell that account as he no longer desired to play it anymore. While I understood and knew that he was not the original owner, I did in fact verbally agree to his request of stating that he was the original owner as evidenced from screen shots. I do not deny what was said but I must insist that it was during a time where I was undergoing high stress, I did not actually fully realize that he was requesting me to fraud, and I hastely remarked the word "bet" as a colloquial means of just replying for the sake of replying. I know it looks a little condemning as if I was agreeing to defraud a potential customer but I was hoping that given the circumstantial events that unfolded, I could be given the benefit of the doubt here. I truly had no ill intention of lying about original ownership of the account being sold (this being account 2 in the thread: [VOUCHED by Sythe Staff] 2 end game iron men CHEAP [Tbow, Infernal Cape, cox prayers, and more]) For some reason this link takes me to an older draft of when I listed the first account and had yet to list LDS account that was bought from player auctions, but if an admin/mod has the power to look at previous drafts, they would see that i simply copy and pasted the same clause/disclaimer: "I am not the original owner of the account but am in direct contact with him and can provide support if needed." In my previous dispute I claimed it simply went over my head and I blindly and almost autonomously just did so without giving it a second thought. I still stand by this statement and have apologized in the previous appeal for not being thorough on the matter and properly addressing the true original ownership. I am trying to convey that this was a matter of gross negligence, not malicious intent. I understand that does not excuse me of the offense committed, as I have borne the TWC on my account since then. That is why I am asking for a pardon and hearkening to my history on sythe as a means of some credibility to my claims and integrity/ This will stem into the following section "Anything else I wish to say".

Anything else you wish to say: I would like to restate what I said in the previous appeal. That being, I have been a long-time member of Sythe from middle school into adulthood, with this being my first ever issue. I'd kindly like to ask for a pardon on the issue. I will always be thorough when addressing who the original owner is if dealing with account sales and I always strive to maintain the highest level of integrity.

In addition to this, I would ask that you not make judgments or pre-conceived notions on my previous gambling behaviors, despite LDS and my accusers using this as the primary means of defacing my character and their argument (despite there being zero proof) that I was responsible for his accounts' RWT ban. Anyone who has dealt with me in the secondary market, and especially those who have been involved with my staking, can attest to how I have always been honorable in repayment of debts, have never scammed, and that I hold a high level of integrity. I have been placed in positions of trust far more valuable than the value of the account in question that was RWT banned as well. I ask that you please do not judge me based off one facet of my character, one that I admittedly bear shame for and am frankly upset that these irrelevant matters were brought to light in the eyes of the public for scrutiny. At the end of the day, my accuser (LDS) gave pure conjecture and hearsay for his reasoning as to why I was the only possible justification for his account ban. Having proofread my initial draft for this appeal, I feel I have digressed and vented irrelevant frustration and aspects of this TWC ordeal, but I think they provide some level of relevant context. What I am asking to consider is the idea that I made an error of gross negligence, not one of defrauding a potential customer with ill intent. If I may give a hyperbole of an example, the difference between manslaughter and first-degree murder is literally defined by whether there was purposeful, malicious intent to commit the act. I would like to end on that note at the mercy of Sythe staff to consider. Thank you for your time, as always, and for what you do for the betterment of the secondary market.
