Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you: Last year Jeff contacted me about his account being recovered and I found out that my friend was not the actual OO to the account so my friend agreed to pay him back. I did not hear back from Jeff for a long time so I thought they had resolved the issue. Then this year Jeff contacts me saying it was not resolved but I have been away for a long time already trying to deal with everything IRL so I did not help him until I got everything situated IRL. So there were just a lot of miscommunication and bad timing around what happened.
