Pandah's RS Services scammed me for $100

Explanation of the trade: Paid him 200M 07 to get me B Gloves from scratch on my GIM, account got banned after a few days of training.. The account got banned on the 30/12/2021 and he didn't even tell me it was banned, I only found out yesterday on the 31/12/2021, he told me it was one of his workers that couldn't provide screenshots of a few levels and the 'worker' left their discord server. He told me 9 hours ago that he was refunding me my money and I just went to check the Discord server and it appears that he has banned me from the server, I now lost all chat logs of the transaction on his server. He also told me all screenshots will be with using RuneLite, I never received any screenshots actually showing the RuneLite client, I believe he's using shitty OPRS plugins with a high ban rate. He also sent me a few screenshots using OSMOBILE. He should be automatically guilty just by banning me from his server. I want my money back or this little rat should be removed from this forums. It's shitty though that he will just ban evade and will be back to scam some more. SMH

How they scammed: I gave them 200M 07, which was agreed to be $100 USD for barrows gloves from scratch on a FRESH IronMan account, he got me about 80qp and also got my account banned and then booted me from his Discord server with no explanation.

Other relevant trade screenshots: Unfortunately I don't have screenshots, I didn't have time to get any before being banned from the server, it's New Years and last night I wasn't online. All of the evidence is on his Discord server in a ticket. Now obviously he deleted that but I believe there's a log?

I'm banned from his Discord Server, I don't have access to the ToS. The ToS agreement is in the transcript. I didn't disrespect or break any rules in his Discord, you will see in the transcript that he offered to refund me before I asked. I agreed to the refund, shortly after agreeing I was banned from the server. He also just changed his Discord name, removed himself from Alibabas Server and changed his Discord picture. I'm pretty sure @Pandahhrs deleted the Discord server, a few people told me they can't join the server.
