Paypal question!

Hey im wondering if i get a debit card will i be abloe to set a paypal up??

 

Yes, when you get a debit card, you can make a paypal and verify it so you can send and receive money.

However - You can make a paypal WITHOUT any credit card, debit card, etc. If you make an American or UK paypal, you cannot send money without verify your account with a card. If you make a Canadian paypal you can send CAD which will convert into USD or whatever you're sending to the person.
