Pakupurgoldshop using my name in avatar + ban evade

Reason:
He is using my name on Avatar, very sure this is user I have got ban recently for ban evade.

Edit: he change avatar to be mad troll, any user can see he is try to troll me.

Proof:
Pakupurgoldshop same interest as Chris Kane Ikov/osrs.
I made many report and now this account appear, and use my name on Avatar very odd name to pick if not try to impersonate or tarnish my name. Very sure user has malicious purpose here no good intention. He make name ironic try to mock me sure is ban evade.

Avatar say "PAK" which is my name. User make his account today, I report and mod ban 10+ account for ban evader Chris Kane and other. Very odd coincidence.

I get pm on discord after make report and get many user who ban evade ban.

@Jason @TySimpson these mods handle my report I make can verify what I say is true. If need to take screenshot of user send me this message yesterday can do for proof, feel this is very easy to see with proof here
