Anyone into Sailing?

Post away. I'm just curious to see if anyone on here shares my passion :L

 

Traveling the world by sail seems fun, other than that sailing seems boring lol.

Of course, always gotta watch the pirates from kidnapping you...

 

I enjoy sailing. I once stayed on a sailboat for a week just off the coast of the Florida Keys. About 30-35 feet long with about 7 people on it. I went snorkeling around some old wrecked Spanish ships from a long time ago. You can see the cannons and parts of the boat underwater, it's really cool. I would LOVE to go sailing again. Only with less people this time.

 

I've sailed before while camping and thoroughly enjoyed it, would love to go again.

 

I used to sail with the Scouts.

I love kyaking (can't spell) and canoeing if that counts as well.

 

Sailing is fun when there are no waves. If there are big waves, I do not recommend it lol

 

My senior project in high school was sailing, I built a boat and got licensed

 

Yeah, it's fun. Only sailed in a one man boat though. WHen it comes to water sports I much prefer windsurfing.
