To be honest, ranks aren't THAT hard to make. Also, it's very hard to see the words over the rank because I'm viewing sythes new skin, and it's dark.

Also, you're really overusing the platebodies, the santa hats, and the stacks of cash. Adding the two large swords in the middle kind of kills the looks of the rank.

 

Indeed, ranks aren't hard to make. The platebodies ARE overused and I don't like the fact that the GS' cover the middle icon.
Use photoshop. Apparently Sythes new skin is dark so the text wont work, use a white font with a black stroke 1 px. Also the spacing between the icons are too close.
