Previous scammer is back with new username but same accounts

Part 1
So... lately I decided to purchase a Zerker off a Xpect...(Thread: http://gnu.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=738492) . He promised me that he will give me legit recovery info incase the I lost the account. Since I have no rep and he does, so I decided to go first. Right after I gave him the payment, he handed over a the password + previous info. The password worked so I decided to try the recovery info. After a couple hours... the appeal got denied. So I thought it could be just an ip issue and I need to go play a bit first before the appeal can get accepted. But apparently I was wrong. I've lost access to my account today. Please read below.

-http://gnu.sythe.org/showthread.php?t=738492 <--- Take a look at this thread... the exact same Zerker after a couple months still being sold with his new username Xpect.

The previous member who reported him also posted a screenshot of [fear]'s Paypal address(http://i36.tinypic.com/35kj48z.jpg), which matches directly with the Paypal address Xpect gave me(Here's my own screenshot: http://i.imagehost.org/view/0706/sent ).

I'm about to dispute... don't know what to say to Paypal though... any suggestions?
