    Pacter/Fuzzay - Stolen PayPal accounts/Charging back/Scamming
    I'd like a swift ban for him as he is currently going on with his 'business'.
    I hope that if there is any doubt he can be banned in the mean time so there are no further victims.
    As far as I know he is currently using gold services to convert his stolen PayPal funds into (practically untraceable) WU money.

    Key words: Ongeautoriseerd = Unauthorized
    I don't know why PayPal is mixing up Dutch with English but appearantly they do.

    I don't have the full conversation as these screenshots were made for PayPal, not Sythe.

    100M screenshot had sadly not saved thus I am lacking this proof.
    Though if I never had delivered the 100M you'd have seen it in the MSN ocnversation.

    He was (wrongly) banned on pacter for ban evasion on Fuzzey when fuzzey wasnt even banned.
