Pacman V1 aka Metroi_d is a ban evader.
I reported him back in November for scamming me out of a 1 month Xbox Live card. I can't find the topic but he is using the same email, [email protected]

He told me that was going to make another account and try to scam me again sometime, looks like I got him back first.
