    Hello ,I'am from lithuania ,and i want to do bussines with PA/paypal.
    Kinda sad ,but PA dont support payment secure checkout with paypal for lithuanians ,so i bought Germany VPS ,and created new Germany paypal acc ,but i need to verify my phone number ,so i would like to paya 1-2m 07gp for you if you help me to confirm it.

    They confirm your billing address, they won't accept it if the billing address is incorrect.
