Well, Honestly If you have a bank account attached to your paypal, you can move them back and fourth, regardless so I would attach the bank account withdraw your funds and then close down paypal anyways, they don't cover you when it comes to virtual goods anyways

 

if you wait 180 days you can withdraw your funds to bank acc

 

It only takes 3 - 5 days to move your funds back and fourth from your bank account not 180

 

What he's saying is PayPal forces you to wait 180 days, because they want the person with the limited account to verify their account instead. 180 days is the longest PayPal are allowed to hold the money before they have to let it go.

I had to wait 180 days once. Just so you know, you won't be able to remove the bank account afterwards.

 

Well, yesterday PayPal gaved me rights to move funds to my bank account, and my PayPal account is currently freezed for 45 days.
