P_R_O scammer. recovered account back

this guy scammed me $200. he gives you the account but then recovers it after a couple days.
the account he gave me is now name "9o7"
his runescape name is "58"
and his sythe name is P_R_O

or his skype name is blake. so dont fall for it, i did like an idiot. i got his ip.
and a pic of my transaction.

You'll need the Skype profile, proof it's his Skype, the Skype conversation where he said what his Paypal address was, proof that the account username was the one given and any additional proof to show it was locked/recovered.

Please make a new report with the required evidence.
