does anyone on here do it?
I want to start doing it but I don't wanna waste my money if it's not going to work, I know the people on UFC and shit use it.

 

My friend uses it, because she is enrolling into the Navy, and the stuff is amazing. It works.

 

I did it before last summer, got me into the best shape of my life...
Its hard work but more than pays off when you hit up the beach.. What a fun summer that was

There's nothing special about it. If you do any workout with the same intensity everyday for 90 days, you'll get results.

I personally don't like some of the exercises as they look like they don't hit the targeted muscles effectively. It seems like they made up a bunch of new exercises for the sake of selling it.

I've seen the commercials for it, looks pretty intense.

 

My dad bought it then returned it and decided it wasn't that great since you have to follow a strict, and most likely expensive diet plan. He brought it back a little while later.

Coulda got jacked, at least I'm not fat...
