I arranged to buy 3 runescape memberships off a member of sythe after i had read hs thread, when i send him the money via paypal, he didnt recieve it even although it had cleary been sent. And due to this my paypal account has been limited and i am left without $15 and 3 months of rs membership. It has now been two week since my purchase and cant sort it out can someone help me?
