Reopen I Want Milz Scammer !!!!

Hello I will reopen the scammer report against I Want Milz.

Well I posted a scammer repot some days ago and I am not agree with the TwC caution that mods aplied to I Want Milz.
This guy must be banned because he really scammed me, I payed for 2 ultimate game cards of $10 ea and 1 account lvl 108 named shaf__1ll1l1.

The market Mod Viper000 told me this in a pm:
"I requested a TwC for him. If you can provide more evidence, then he'll get a ban. Or, show it to another mod and ask their opinion."

the thing is that mod Viper000 requested a TwC for him, because I Want Milz defended himself saying that I knew that the account I bought was locked, but that is not true at the time I talk to I WAnt Milz about buyin the account he said that the account was ready to be used, and then when I payed for the 2 cards and the account he said that the account was locked because he was selling the account to Idontknowabouthis (Sythe member), and the account was locked when Idontknowabouthis tried to scamm him. (Pictures that show this in conversation are posted down)

So there are 2 reasons for I Want Milz to get banned.

1. He sold me a locked account.
2. The information he gave me about account is wrong. (I tried to recover the account with the info Milz gave me and the recovery was denied.)
3. He only gave me 1 of 2 UGC Ultimate game cards of $10 ea.

So because of this he must get banned and not only to aply to him a TwC.

Note: I Want Milz was banned some time ago so he is not that trustworty.
