    High Pardon

I'm gonna try to include more information to answer any questions you have while reading this appeal. Sorry if it's too long.

    My alias was Spereff.

Years ago, I was an active forum member, active IRC user, and active in Runescape. My OMM application was pending (though I had an instinct of being rejected, whatever), and I had a huge interest in Sythe.org. I found it rather amusing in my life. Despite being 'active,' most, if not all of you, probably do not remember who I was.

I made an informal approach to my dispute, which was written almost three years ago.

It was lame, and I was 13. Give me a break.

Jagex had recently added the whole new trading system and removed the wilderness feature in their game. Runescape was diminishing in my life, and I felt it wasn't necessary to live a life on a site primarily based on the game. I see that Sythe.org has expanded much more now.

    The ban.
I was vacationing during July 2008. Apparently, my account was hacked and used for a scamming plot, with an invalid 'scambuster.'

Anyways, the report that was filed against me can be found here:

1.3B, or $4000, that's a lot of money, I know. I understand that I technically am responsible and hold liability for the scam. It's my fault for allowing this to happen. I don't know where the hell I went wrong though; I didn't have an identical account on another forum, I didn't 'share' passwords, there wasn't jack.
I'm pretty much fucked in this case. $4000 from Runescape? I can't reimburse that much even if my life depended on it.

It's been a long time now, and I just wanted to give a shot at the pardon. $4000, that's a lot. Pardon, a TWC, no pardon, whatever, it's all cool.

    Thank you for reading this.

    PS.
And if you're wondering why this 'Sire' account exists...
After I was banned, I wondered why I didn't get the IP Ban either. I created this account after, in hopes of lurking and reading a few threads here and there. If this counts as ban-evading, my bad.

The poll on Runescape is looking pretty bright, and I thought I'd give a chance to return back to the game.

And I know this dispute was fucking lengthy. Sorry.

Pay back the $4,000 you are responsible for if you ever want a shot. Rules state all scams must be paid back first.
