    I'm sorry about your loss but the chat you posted could've been edited.
    I'm 100% sure he will NEVER go first to anyone or at least to you since you're a newcomer.

    Just think of this as a life lesson:
    - Always request a PM before trading
    - Always use OMM for trade
    - Never use TeamViewer
    - Always record and take pictures of chat

    You should really get a real life job and feed your child, RuneScape isn't going to help.

    This, if your son is starving then you aren't going to buy a plane ticket and pay for an international lawsuit. You are looking at well over what the phat was even close to being worth. I suggest learning safe trading practice which can be found in many of the threads around here that are stickied.
