I personally like the PHP set up guide, I vote yes.

Basically, He ripped the shutdown tutorial from CodeStream Weeman, it's obvious.

 

No colors/boring to read. Two of them are ripped.

We could tell him what we have concluded, and ask him to re apply later. Since we are supposed to be stepping judging up to a much harsher level.

- Don't rip guides. Do something nobody else has covered.
- Add colors, proper grammer; make it interesting to read.
