Potential Scammer

Sorry i didnt know where to put this but please review it and ip check this person
http://sythe.org/member.php?u=280064 - Hes has 122 posts, and everyone of his posts are spam, hes posted the same thing on every thread and hes only just joined today.
Secondly 9/10 of his vouches are print screened and dont have his name on, and on vouch 3 and vouch 5 it says vouch for tiemen haha, obviously fake vouching and here to scam :s, obviously print screened a bunch of fake vouches. http://sythe.org/showthread.php?p=7863766#post7863766
