    Briefly explain the trade: Added him on MSN, he told me what he was selling. I offered him 15$ for witcher 2 and dungeon siege 3 steam keys. He thought about it then agreed to it.
    How they scammed: I sent him 15$ on paypal then he went offline and never delivered the keys.
