It accually is possible if you have enough cash and get incredibly lucky and invest in a certain item.
However, the odds of that happening are about .0001/999999999999999999999999999 so I highly doubt it.

The highest way to make gp an hour is probably around 1.6m without merchanting or luck..... just by doing a method or skill.

 

i baught a guide on another cheating fourm for around 2 sms pins and it was aguide to 3m an hour and they are all depending on luck... i have researched around and found out the highest way to make gp an hour is probably 1.6-1.8m not more than that.. 91 rc with gaarkh gets u not more than 1.3m an hour i think.

LOL, this is funny. whats really funny is that, max money in ALOT of pservers is 999m. sometimes 2b, and hardly ever 2.14b. in runescape, max is NOT 3b. neither is pservers. so you phail and failing noob.
