The ban evasion, and making other accounts, but that was partially to figure out what was going on with my account, and to try and get back the victims money I had lost

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
Cubz gave me a payment to do task, task was not performed, asked for refund and it was delayed.
ImZed and I had a toss up with the pricing, and that was all out of whack as well, which was another case.

This has been a toss up going on now since November, and I honestly am so confused because of the pardons and Disputes, so if this is not allowed I apologize. However, I do want to say that I understand a lot of my own doing is what caused this- Not clarifying things, spending money from uncompleted jobs, thinking I was right about the Zed situation etc.

I’ve come to realize the zed situation was me being Arrogant, and the Cubz situation, was from me being careless and not being professional. However, as stated above, it was never once my intention on not paying them back. With the Zed situation, at first I thought I was in the right, and I see my mistake now. But i NEVER had any I’ll intentions on either of these cases

with the cubz situation, that was completely my fault. I spent money that I didn’t have work completed on. Then, when I got banned on here, I was still actively trying to pay cubz back but was having difficulties due to Sythe being my only income, which is where the ban evasion came in.

Once again, I apologize for the hassle and the headaches, I’ve realized that I can’t make careless mistakes, need to clarify payments, have better contact and i understand why people thought I was scamming and ban evading. I should have handled things with a different approach. Once again, I am sorry and I now see my mistakes but am hoping for a second chance back in the community

Sythe is huge for me with income because I’ve got a bad shoulder and have difficulties working actual jobs without it dislocating. It would mean so much to me if this was considered and overturned, because without sythe, I have issues financially.

once again, I understand my mistakes, and know I need to take this at a more professional approach.

^^i have I a bit of confusion if I can even pardon yet.
I know Shortly after I was banned on sythe, I paid the victims. (October-novemberish) but continued to be banned until April, I tried to get my account unbanned and be able to do services again, and said denied. ?

I had thought the mod team knew the case in hand, and i skimped out on that pardon, and also was still a little confused as to why I was even DNTD or banned because I paid back months prior, waited out the ban, and was still DNT’d even after paying back and surving my ban
