OverWolf Overlay?

Hey,

So I was just installing a game that I haven't played in forever (MMORPG, figures right?) and it offered a new program called "Overwolf" on it... I went and immediately checked out what this program was to see if there was any downside to me testing it out.

Upon research it shows that it's an over-lay program that allows you to use MSN, Steam Chat, Skype, TeamSpeak, etc. while in game - as well as allowing you to video record, take screen shots, and everything else.

Has anyone else heard of this program or heard of any downsides to this program?!

No, but there are several other better overlays avaliable at your disposal.
