Overwatch: NEW Event SKINS! - Co-op Mission Mode!?

I don't know about any of you but I'm super excited for another Co-op game mode! Junkenstein's Revenge was the previous Co-op game mode introduced and I had wholeheartedly enjoyed it.

Junkenstein's Revenge was the Halloween game mode which featured relentless hordes of zombies and also bosses packed inbetween all who were trying to break down the castle door. As a result it was your job to stay alive and eliminate all the zombies in order to protect the castle door. With the availability of easy, normal, and hard settings this allowed for someone to pick up the game either casually or competitively, and also was a pretty fun way to practice aim in a relaxed environment. Having to figure out efficient strategies and working together with your team to crush the AI alongside Blizzard's fun as hell game engine made this mode a home run for me. I wonder what heroes will be available this time, if it's anything like JR I'm going to have a blast.

Also with this patch there seems to be some badass clean cut skins coming out too, I may get a few with the credits I've saved up from lootboxes.

Anybody else excited?

 

As a widow main i am pretty happy. Can't wait to insta buy and add the gold skin for the gun. I am also interested in the genji skin, looks bad ass.

 

I, too, am excited that Widow finally got a new skin. I don't know if I'll like it more than Huntress though .
I'm really excited for the PvE event!

 

yessss. a little upset that the skins are gonna be tied to an event and will be 3000 coins per legendary but the blackwatch mccree is a must. it seems to be a lore heavy event and blizz can't just give us some good legendaries not tied to an event?

also, not sure if you saw the clip of the huge omnic (probably final boss) but it looks like orisa can't wait for tomorrow fam

 

Got the Orisa Legendary skin yesterday haha. Got 15k credits to spend but will most likely wait to buy and skins because I'd probably just end up getting them from lootboxes.

I've been pretty damn addicted to the PvE game, is anybody else trying to complete it on Legendary mode? I've beat all the other modes (default heroes). Furthest I've gotten is to the Orisa's at the end with a good group of randoms, I can play a mean Torb.

 

That was a pain, but doable.

 

Skins this time are pretty nice. One of the better events OW has had.

 

It's gonna take more than a few tries, especially with randoms. A big problem with trying to complete this difficulty now is that the people who have already completed are done with it. Unless you are THAT good of a player there is a bit of a learning curve to ensure you are contributing enough to the team.

If you really want it, you should try and find a few competent players and develop a sound strategy from there. Definitely beatable, just takes some problem solving and a couple clutch plays.

 

I bought around 24 boxes and did not get any of the skins nor did i had time to do the event cause of work ;( and sigh i missed out on the genji skin

 

Cant wait for it Gonna buy a few boxes T2night!
