    Hacked over and over again

Well I keep getting hacked, probably like the 20th time this year. Of course I always check my computer for keyloggers and ALWAYS bank my items before I logout (i have a bank pin).

So is there any solution? I don't even know why I keep getting hacked... my recovery questions get changed everytime. It seems like someone out there knows my billing info.

Not all anti-virus-software detects keyloggers. You need a keylogg detector software specifically for detecting keyloggers and nothing else. I would Google one, and then Google a keygen for the program so it can be used to its full ability.

Well I'm sure it's not a keylogger because my recovery questions were changed, so the kid must know my billing info, plus my other accounts were left untoouched and my msn and such is perfectly fine.

If you paid for members on the computer that the account was hacked on it could very well be a keylogger.

However.. Do you log onto Runescape from another location besides your house?

My answer is, don't log on your own computer with your runescape account, try a different PC or if you don't have one, call a technician.

contact an internet support company and tell them to help you with changing your IP (the Offical one) and you should renew your computer.

    Reset your recovery's then make new ones such as;

    1. dfundiugvbfdgv
    2. dfbgfbhgfh
    3. gfnhgfnhfgbh
    4. gfbhgfbgfb
    5. fdbgbdb

Make them so that no one is able to guess or read, but make sure you wright them down so you don't forget them >_< , see if you continue to get hacked after you do this.

An I.P address change would probably be the best option. But i have not had many problems with hackers.

If you use Mozilla Firefox, there's an add-on for you.

    https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3383,
Keyscrambler automagically encrypt your keys at the keyboard input stage, and then decrypt them at the browser stage, to make out what you type. It's free.

Sometimes, it can be people that know your information before hand.
If this is the case you really cant help it, i had a friend that i told account information to and the account kept going back and forth.
If that is the case then there is not much you can do about it make a new account.

    First: http://usa.kaspersky.com/downloads/
Get a home 30 day trial

    Scan your computer.

Second, if no files come up infected, its probably a real-life friend doing it. Either find out who, and deal with it that way, or file a "Stolen Password" request with all the info you can provide. The account will probably get locked, and then you can unlock it. If that happends, most the time the hacker won't be able to get it back.

    Hope I helped.

I figured out that it was someone that knew my previous info.. got my account back and he wiped out my whole ignore list.so it probably wasn't some random person.

    Quitter.

Change your official IP, try a new virus software, and see if that helps.
