Is there another way to double korasi?

i use to double korasi a lot and thats when i would use a magic longbow then spec right before i got another spec. but now when i do it, it doesnt work. and i watched a pk vid recently and when he did it he was 100% spec...
so is there a different way to double korasi

 

with the ring of vigor equiped
you start a timer as soon as you log in and special right before 28 seconds on the timer.
then your special should have replenished just enough to use a extra special.
if you dont use it at exactly 28 seconds then log of start your timer over and try again.

why would you need a timer? you just wear vigour and you can spec 2 times with it without having to use it -.- becuase it reduces any spec wep by 10% so therefor korasi only takes 50% every spec so you dont even need the timer..?

 

The vigour's effect brings it down to 54%, not 50%. The 10% off isn't from the total, it's from the special's use (sorry if that doesn't make sense). A timer is needed to make sure that you use a special at exactly 1:30 so that the special bar recharges 10% right after you spec the first time

 

Wrong, it takes 10% of what the initial special takes.

So it usually takes 60%.. so 10% of that is 6%.

Therefore with the ring it takes 54%, leaving 46% special for the next one.

Which ofcourse isn't enough.
