    And if i had say, 96 mage, would it work?

    You need a maxed account ot be a MBer..

    Or at least high mage, def, prayer, hp.

    96 mage would be fine, you'll splash now and then.

    Not sure what your hp is, or your other combat stats.

    But MB is full of maxed accounts with pack yaks.
