Recovering Paypal account w/o any info

Heya..
So, My friend idioticly got keylogged; the hacker changed his Paypal pw, secret question and the email linked to the account..

So my question is, Is there anyway I could help him regain the access to his account without any of the "information"?

Am I able to call them up and say "Hey, My paypal email got hacked - so did my mail & now I cant recover it"..?

^ If this shit works, the Paypal Security has a bigass flaw in there safety system. - So Im kinda sceptic about that shit working..

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 

You can't gain access to it without any of the information.

 

My only suggestion would be to explain the situation and perhaps if they keep records of the previous email and questions then you could prove it's you that way. The only thing is i am pretty sure you are unable to change the email without specifying this is okay from the main email and knowing more then the password..

 

You're unable to receive it back. I can only suggest calling in and letting them know what happened and checking the IP recorded use of the account, because I know they record it.
