    Lets say I botted on the same IP as I played my real account on.. Would Jagex take action against both?

    No, as they are not able to prove it was you on both accounts.

    They will only ban/reset the botted account.

    If they did this, I would just run around saying "Report Me I Bot on All My Accounts", whilst logged into an internet cafe.
