I purchased an account from Won_gold o_0

40 Attack, 90 Strength, 1 Defence; I paid 110m OSRS GP.

After I purchased the account, I asked Won-Gold if he would get 90 Range for me, which he did for a fee of 100m OSRS GP.

I kept track of the hiscores etc and he got it to 86 Range, then this morning the account was banned for "Macroing Major" - Won-Gold stated he only hand trains his accounts. He said to me he can only refund the 100m paid for the Range levelling, however that means I'm 110m out of pocket.

Do I deserve a full refund?
