Disouting A ban for an "attempted" scam

He had hired me to do a dung service for him, which i started, but then about 20mins into it my router stopped working, and it had to be returned, when i did get back on i went to try the service and his account had a 24hr ban fot botting
which shows that either he had been on the account and botted after i came off
or he got someone else to do it who botted, AFTER i was on. That screenshot of my is most likely from when i came off day before, since i have not been back on the account since.
