After staff discussion and due to the time it has taken a DNT has been added until this is fully repaid.
Edit: The users have finally reached an agreement and the debt has been repaid, staff see deleted.
@OsrsServicesAndSales will need to request a pardon for his DNT to be removed due to the time it took to resolve this.
