    So yesterday i ordered service for two accounts
    first was pure to do firecape everything went fine
    second account my main gave info etc next day woke up
    im missing stuff BCP WHIP FURY 15mil cash
    and i see some items been bought between the quest items in GE history
    no need for them

    Hello,

    Customer placed 2 orders with my services. My worker completed 2 ticket requests for this customer.

    Ticket-1562 - Completed with no disputes/issues - Ticket/Terms of services below

    Second ticket (Ticket-1563), my worker completed the service as advised and customer agreed to remove excess wealth from account but they did not follow this at all.

    Customer agreeing that they would removed excess wealth.

    I specifically make sure all customers remove excess wealth from account and ensuring they agree to every single ticket. I do this simply to avoid these situation as we don't know who took the items/cash.

    My worker used supplies/cash to purchase Ahrim's for boss in Dream mentor as advised in walk through. : Dream Mentor

    Please let me know if you require anything else from my part. I will make some adjustment in how my workers will accept orders account details such as only accept password reset links from customers.

    Please can you remove my name from report once dealt with to remove any negative SEO results.

    I specifically told you to remove excess wealth from account [picture above] and referred you to my terms and services. As every other service provider, I am doing this not only to protect the customer but my worker as well. There is no way of confirming who took what in this situation. I am following specifically what Sythe ruling have said previously in other reports.

    @Moedr as mentioned by the accused user, Ahrim's robes were used to complete the ordered quest (Dream Mentor).

    Accused service provider asked you in his ToS (that you agreed to) to remove any valuables from the account, as per the section rules: [Section Rules] Old School RuneScape Questing Services

    "Prior to the start of a service, the service provider MUST inform the customer that any valuables should be removed from the account. Failure to follow this rule may be grounds for a TWC, market ban, or further consequences."

    Please understand that it's hard to prove who's right and who's wrong in these situations and it could be heavily abused by customers (I'm not implying that it's the case here, we just have to take it as a possibility), or even by competition.
    The least sythe can do is require service providers to ask their customers to remove any excessive wealth that is not required for the completion of the service.

    With that being said, we won't hold the accused service provider liable.

    We will honor this request.
